Successful study of AEDs

By Deanna Young Leave a Comment

Good Morning!

Rise and shine!

Time to go to the gym!

What???!!!  Yes, it’s time to get up and go.  Go get some exercise and take care of our bodies.  Many people do just this day after day.  It is a fabulous thing to do.  But the reality is that the very thing that is meant to help ends up being your body’s “last straw.”  What do I mean?  Many people go to the gym to lose weight or take care of their heart or work off some stress, etc., etc.  Well, that means that the body is already under stress and having issues when you go to the gym.  The exercise, sometimes, will add to the stress and the person will have a heart attack or sudden cardiac arrest.  Fast acting bystanders who call 911, start CPR and use a defibrillator can save lives.  And it has been proven. Please do NOT take this as permission to stop exercising.  Please DO take this as permission to learn more to help someone.
