Designed for healthcare providers and first-responders, Staying Alive LLC's Basic Life Support (BLS) course teaches you to recognize life-threatening emergencies, deliver effective basic life support, and respond confidently to airway obstruction and choking. This program meets the professional-level standards required for healthcare and rescue personnel, and is approved for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel training and accepted by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT). Backed by 15+ years as a certified HSI and American Heart Association Training Center, Staying Alive LLC brings proven expertise to every class.
Intended Audience: Individuals in healthcare or professional rescuer fields that are required to have a professional-level Basic Life Support training.

The AHA certification requires a different training. The most flexible way to get the AHA BLS training is with blended learning. That means that you would complete the videos and quizzes online and then you can make an appointment with Staying Alive LLC to do the hands-on part of the training to complete the certification.
