An important part of your pet care is knowing First Aid and CPR for your dog. That’s why there is a National Pet CPR Day on April 28th. Staying Alive wants to train Guardian Angels for pets too!
The national day is sponsored by Pet Tech. There are two goals:
1. Break the world record for the most people trained in Pet CPR in one day.
2. Break the world record for the most people trained in the most states in one day.
We’re in! Staying Alive will be hosting two Pet First Aid CPR classes.
Date: April 26
Time: 1 – 5 pm for Pet First Aid Training and CPR
5 – 7 pm for Pet Saver training

Basic Pet First Aid CPR was created to help students develop basic first aid knowledge, skills and the confidence to respond to pet emergencies with a focus on prevention.
Intended Audience: Individuals who require or desire elementary first aid knowledge and skills with a focus on pets; including:
- Pet Parents
- Emergency response teams in pet businesses and industries
- Groomers
- Trainers
- Pet Sitters
Only $100 per person for Pet First Aid and CPR
$130 per person for the full Pet Saver program which is a bit longer. Class includes all of the Pet First Aid program PLUS geriatrics, nutrition and dental care.
